Wreath-er Madness

Wreath-er Madness

You've brought the Christmas tree home from the lot, but it isn't perfect, yet. So out come the garden shears to trim it just right. Now, what are you going to do with that pile of excess boughs?

Simple--make fresh Christmas wreaths. You can buy a wreath frame or it's easy to make one yourself. Here's how:

Take thick metal wire and wrap it loosely several times around the edge of a large bucket or pail. Once it's taken a circular shape, pop it off. Then just work those surplus boughs into the frame and accent it with dried flowers, holly and other festive flora. Then hang it up and enjoy!
